Attorney Thomas M. Loeb has defended hundreds of people throughout Michigan who have been bullied or seen their rights violated. He takes very seriously any violation of federal civil rights, police misconduct, or abuse at the hands of law enforcement.

Abuse at the hands of the police can take many forms, including:

  • False arrests, false charges
  • Malicious prosecution
  • Excessive force
  • False imprisonment
  • Police brutality
  • Threatening witnesses or suspects
  • Violation of the federal Civil Rights

I enjoy an excellent reputation for my trial skills, and many of my clients have been referred to me by other attorneys. I regularly teach lawyers trial skills and court room techniques. My office focuses on a client-centered practice. If I am your attorney, you will be as actively involved in your case as you desire. I recognize that not every client wishes to go through the anxiety or stress of a trial. Even though I have been practicing for 30 years, I do not lose sight of the fact that for many of my clients, their case is their first experience with the legal system.
